Michael is the founder and CEO of DualMind Tech Consulting Ltd. He helps organisations turn AI and cloud technology into practical solutions.
An AI Solutions Architect with more than eight years of experience in software engineering, DevOps and enterprise support, he brings technical depth and a focus on real-world outcomes. Michael is the author of Beyond the Ticket: The Complete Software Support Engineer and a UK Global Talent endorsee.
